Welcome to Eric’s Car Care, Houston’s premiere auto shop with two convenient locations in the Med. Center and Rice Village. Founded in the early 70s as Eric’s Exxon, our establishment quickly became a triple threat, offering gas, car wash, and oil change services. Under Eric’s ownership, we became the top-performing Exxon service center in the area. However, as demand grew, it became clear that a dedicated auto shop was needed. That’s when Eric’s Exxon transformed into Eric’s Car Care, providing expert automotive services to our valued customers.

RBA ENT1 May 2024Thought my breaks were bad. Found another problem and they took care of it. Got me a Lyft from the shop to my home. Later they got me another Lyft to pick my son up from school and back home. Even made sure the driver had a car seat. Mrs Yolanda took care of my Lyft situation and was very nice, always smiling, gave my little boy a snack. She’s the best! Mr Jerry handled my appointment. After test was ran on my car, he sent the report to my phone. We went over the report together. He explained everything to the best of his knowledge and answer all my questions. Not once did I ever feel they were given me attitude. Best mechanic company I’ve ever been to. Tell all my family and friends about my experience. Anything go wrong they get my car no one els! My car runs better and breaks working like brand new and I didn’t get them changed!

Andrea Palmer26 April 2024I stopped by this shop to ask if they could take a look at the air pressure in my tires. One of them was particularly low so I just wanted to get it filled up. They said yes, of course and had me pull up. The man that helped me saw that there was a leak in one tire and promptly got to work fixing it. I tried to tell him he could just fill it up for now and I'd get it fixed later but he assured me it was no problem and he'd be done quickly. Not 5 minutes later the leaking tire was patched and filled with air. All my other tires were topped off as well. When I went to pay him he declined all payment saying he was just happy to help. WOW! What amazing service and generosity. They had no way of knowing this but I am actually only in town because my dad was recently diagnoses with cancer and is being treated at the near by medical center. The care in service of this auto shop made my day! I couldn't recommend them enough.
